❓ What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and digital options like Venmo or Cash App.
❓ Can I get a document notarized on the weekend?
Yes! We’re open 7 days a week by appointment, including evenings and weekends.
❓ How long does a notary appointment take?
Most appointments take 10–20 minutes, depending on how many documents you have.
❓ Do you offer services in languages other than English?
We currently only provide services in English. You’re welcome to bring a translator if needed—just let us know ahead of time.
❓ Do I need to print my documents before the appointment?
Yes, it is best to print your documents before your notary appointment. We do offer printing services for $2.00, but we can not prepare a document for you (we can only print what you already have prepared)
❓ What if my documents need witnesses?
You’re welcome to bring your own witnesses. We charge $5 admin fee/signer if you bring your own witness. We can provide witnesses for you at a charge of $20/witness
❓ Do you offer apostille services in Oregon?
Yes! While we don’t issue apostilles directly, The Notary, LLC can notarize your documents and guide you through the Oregon apostille process. We’ll help make sure your paperwork is ready for international use and point you to the right agency to complete your submission.
